Unless otherwise ordered by the Court, or stipulated by the parties, the prevailing party is entitled to costs detailed in FRCP Rule 54(d) and Local Rule 54.1. Prior to electronically submitting a Bill of Costs in CM/ECF, a hearing date and time must be assigned.
