In accordance with the Order directing the Clerk's Office to disburse restitution dated February 2, 2010, all victims who responded to
the Notice dated April 30, 2011 were mailed their portion of restitution received by the Court.
The order also states that after this initial distribution, distribution of restitution funds shall take place every two years.
The Clerk's Office is receiving very small payments from the defendants on this case. Based on the history of restitution payments made by the defendants and received by the Clerk's Office, the next round of restitution checks mailed to victims will be very small.
