The United States District Court, Southern District of California is currently soliciting proposals for the purchase and installation of video conferencing equipment in our magistrate judge chambers located at 401 W. A Street in San Diego CA.

This is a request for Open Market Pricing.

All items should be quoted F.O.B. Destination, Within Consignee’s Premises. Questions and answers will be sent to all parties by close of business day, Tuesday the 14th of September 2021.

A fixed price award from this RFQ will be made based on the lowest priced, technically acceptable offer. The United States District Court, Southern District of California, is implementing a video system upgrade in the Enright Conference Room located in the Carter/Keep Courthouse.

The work will consist of the following: new video switching hardware, new PTZ cameras for the OFE Polycom Group 700 codec, condense three AV racks into two, replace existing laptop connections in the floor boxes, and a new control system with two wired touch panels.
