* * * * PUBLIC NOTICE * * * PUBLIC NOTICE * * * PUBLIC NOTICE * * * * Posted: Nov. 17th, 2009 - Please be advised that due to required system upgrade, the court’s CM/ECF system will not be available for electronic case filing starting Saturday, Nov. 21st starting at 5:00 AM until Monday, Nov. 23rd at 5:00 AM, Pacific Time. However, CM/ECF will be available for "read only" purposes enabling users to access dockets and print reports.

  CM/ECF Server Status:

The CM/ECF system will be down for maintenance from 4:30 - 5:00 am PDT, every Wednesday.

All Attorneys are required to register online and confirm their information to receive access to the CM/ECF System.
