All Criminal Justice Act (CJA) vouchers shall be submitted within 90 days after a defendant is sentenced or a case is dismissed. Any CJA vouchers submitted beyond 90 days and less than one year after the case is dismissed or a defendant is sentenced shall be accompanied by a letter demonstrating good cause why the CJA voucher should be paid. The Clerk is directed to reject any CJA vouchers submitted one year or more after the case is terminated. The effective date of this order shall be the date this order is signed.
