Good cause appearing therefor,
IT IS ORDERED that Civil Rule 83.3 is hereby amended to read as follows:

c. Admission of Attorneys to Practice
5. Pro Hac Vice.
The pro hac vice application shall be presented to the clerk, along with an admission
fee of one hundred and eighty dollars ($180.00) schedule.
j. Fees. The admission fee
required of all admitted to practice before this court is one hundred eighty
dollars ($180.00), payable to the clerk. One hundred and fifty dollars ($150.00)
shall be deposited into the Treasury as mandated by law, and the remainder shall
be deposited in the non-appropriated funds of the court, the Library Fund, unless
otherwise ordered by the Court. Each application provided in Civil Local Rule 83.3.c
hereof shall be accompanied by a receipt verifying payment to the clerk of the foregoing
fee and assessments.
