An attorney on the court’s CJA panel who is charged
with a felony will not be assigned any further cases and will be relieved on cases
on which he/she is appointed until further order of the court. His/her cases will
be reassigned as directed by the judge supervising those cases on which he/she is
appointed. If the attorney is convicted of a felony, the provisions of Local Rule
83.5f(2) control.
