The Metropolitan Correctional Center has the facilities to handle court clothing and has a policy to enable a defendant to be appropriately dressed for jury trial appearances.

Therefor, IT IS ORDERED that if special court clothing is desired for a defendant in a jury trial, arrangements must be made directly with the Metropolitan Correctional Center the day prior to the court appearance. Arrangements for replacement clothing on an exchange basis must also be made the day prior to the court appearance.

Arrangements may be made by calling 232-4311, extension 0455 or 0457 and requesting a counselor between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M.

If no arrangements are made with the Metropolitan Correctional Center, the defendant will be brought to court in an unmarked prison uniform.
