A majority of the judges of the Southern District of California deeming it desirable that the part-time magistrate of the District of Arizona, sitting in Yuma, Arizona, be designated in accordance with Title 28 USC § 631(a) to serve in the adjoining District of Southern California;

The judges of the Southern District of California do hereby designate the part-time magistrate of the District of Arizona, sitting in Yuma, Arizona, to serve in matters arising in the Southern District of California, including the conduct of trials pursuant to Title 18 USC §3401, with all the duties and powers assigned to him by the judges of the District of Arizona pursuant to the Magistrates Act.
