Local Rule 5.1 was changed on 1/1/96 and states:
“The case number shall appear in the lower right corner
of each page other than the title page. The typed number shall be inserted below
line 28 and shall be in the following format: year, case type, four digit case number
with leading zeros if necessary (96cv0010).”
As a convenience, the WordPerfect 6.1 macro can be downloaded.

the Firm to make necessary changes to the macro prior to running or installing it
in order to customize it for your specific documents and/or document preparation
system.
Specific items to be addressed are as follows:
- Macro was written for use with WordPerfect 6.1 (4/15/96
release), and is designed to be used with the PLEADING.WPT
- Macro adjusts bottom margin of shipping template
so that placement of the footer is below pleading paper line 28
- The formatting of the required 8 digits in case
number is not verified. It is the responsibility of the end-user to type the correct
format, i.e. 96CV0010. Leading zeros must be typed so that the case number is 8
digits.
