Except where compliance
is impracticable, exhibits are to be paged in consecutive numerical order, and each
page is to show the exhibit number either immediately above or below the page number.
Unless the physical nature of the exhibit renders it impracticable, exhibits are
to be attached to the documents to which they belong and are to be readable without
detaching the exhibit from the accompanying document. Each document containing exhibits
must have a cover page to the exhibits and a table of contents indicating the page
number of each succeeding exhibit. If exhibits are tabbed, the tabs must be at the
bottom and not at the sides. (CivLR 5.1(e))
Plaintiff shall tab/identify plaintiff's exhibits numerically. Defendant shall tab/identify
defendant's exhibits alphabetically as follows; A to Z, followed by AA to AZ, followed
by BA to BZ, etc.
